What we collect and do not collect
We collect the following information:
- name and job title
- contact information including your physical and email addresses and telephone numbers
- demographic information such as postal code
- supervision conditions including fines and fees
We request but do not collect or store your personal payment information:
Our service is a fee for service and you must pay for it on an on-going basis. Normally we ask our users to set up a payment account (such as a credit card) from which their fees are automatically and regularly deducted. While you may be asked at our site to provide personal confidential information related to payment for our services (such as credit card information), it is only requested by us at the site but is not retained by us. It is collected at our site by a third party through a link at our website. We may know what your account payment balance is at any given time, but we do not have access to the personal information (such as credit card information) you supplied at our site to the third party to help establish your payment account.
